Non-Disclosure Protocol

Casaquire Acquisitions Pvt. Ltd. • Last Updated: July 22, 2026

1. Institutional Discretion

At Casaquire Acquisitions Pvt. Ltd., we recognize that the decision to liquidate a premier real estate asset requires absolute confidentiality. Public market awareness of an impending sale can compromise personal privacy and negatively impact asset valuation. This Non-Disclosure Protocol (NDP) serves as our binding, unilateral commitment to safeguard the secrecy of your property submission.

2. Scope of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" encompasses all data submitted to us via our Command Center or directly to our acquisitions desk, including but not limited to:

  • The specific address, location, and owner identity of the property.
  • Architectural layouts, floor plans, and interior/exterior photography.
  • Financial expectations, asking prices, and existing debt or encumbrances.
  • The mere fact that the owner is exploring a sale or engaging in dialogue with Casaquire.

3. The "Zero Market Leakage" Guarantee

Casaquire is an end-buyer, not a broker. We unconditionally guarantee that your Confidential Information will be utilized strictly for our internal financial underwriting and physical due diligence. Your property will never be syndicated, shared with third-party retail buyers, "shopped around" to external broker networks, or listed on public real estate portals.

4. Authorized Internal Access

Access to your Confidential Information is strictly compartmentalized. It is restricted solely to Casaquire's internal acquisitions team, our designated legal counsel, and direct capital partners who are themselves bound by identical institutional non-disclosure agreements.

5. Standard Exclusions

The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that:

  • Is or becomes publicly available without breach of this Protocol by Casaquire.
  • Was known to us prior to your submission, free of any confidentiality obligation.
  • Is lawfully mandated to be disclosed by a court order or governmental authority, provided we give you prompt written notice to allow you to seek a protective order.

6. Data Destruction Upon Rejection

If Casaquire determines that the property does not meet our acquisition criteria, or if you elect to terminate negotiations, we will, upon your written request, permanently destroy all digital records, architectural media, and financial data related to your submission from our secure servers, ensuring no residual footprint remains.

7. Legal Enforceability

This published Non-Disclosure Protocol operates as a legally binding, unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By accepting your property submission, Casaquire inherently accepts the liabilities and obligations outlined in this document.
