To evaluate acquisitions and present private offers, we collect the following data through our Command Center intake forms:

• Contact Information: Full name, email address, and phone number.
• Property Details: Legal address, pincode, plot area, built-up area, property type, and title status.
• Financial & Legal Media: Any architectural plans, title deeds, or media securely uploaded to our platform.
• Technical Data: Analytics data such as session duration, clicks, and device interactions, logged strictly for internal auditing and performance monitoring.

4. Notice, Consent & Purpose Limitation

We process your personal data strictly for lawful purposes—primarily to underwrite real estate assets, formulate acquisition offers, and establish communication regarding your property. By submitting your details to Casaquire, you provide free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent for us to process your digital personal data for these precise purposes. We do not engage in targeted marketing or behavioral advertising.

5. Data Sharing & Processors

Casaquire operates as a principal buyer, meaning we do not broker, syndicate, or publicly list your property to third-party retail buyers. Your data remains completely off-market. We only share personal data with authorized Data Processors (such as our secure cloud hosting providers) who are bound by valid legal contracts mandating strict confidentiality and ensuring the cessation of data processing upon our instruction.

6. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purpose of property valuation and acquisition. If a transaction is declined by either party, or upon your explicit withdrawal of consent, your digital records and uploaded media will be permanently erased from our secure databases without delay, unless retention is explicitly mandated by prevailing Indian laws.

7. Security Safeguards

We implement comprehensive technical and organizational security safeguards—including database encryption, network obfuscation, and strict role-based access controls—to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or accidental disclosure. 9. Your Duties as a Data Principal

You are legally bound to not suppress material facts regarding property ownership or title status, refrain from impersonation, and not register frivolous or false grievances.
