1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Principal Buyer Status & Zero Agency

It is strictly understood that Casaquire operates exclusively as a principal acquisition firm.

• We are purchasing properties for our own portfolio and utilization.
• We do not act as real estate brokers, agents, consultants, or fiduciaries representing you (the seller).
• We charge zero brokerage fees or commissions.
• No agency relationship, joint venture, or partnership is created by your use of this Site or submission of property details.

3. Submissions & No Binding Offer

The submission of property details, financial expectations, or architectural media through our website constitutes an inquiry and an invitation for us to evaluate your asset. It does not constitute a legally binding offer to sell, nor does it compel Casaquire to make an offer to purchase. Any formal acquisition will only be executed via legally binding definitive agreements (such as an Agreement for Sale) drafted by legal counsel and signed by authorized signatories of both parties.

4. Accuracy of Information & Title

By submitting an estate for acquisition review, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the property or possess the legally documented mandate to act on the owner's behalf. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding property dimensions, legal disputes, encumbrances, and title status. Casaquire reserves the right to terminate any acquisition dialogue immediately if misrepresentation is discovered during our due diligence protocol.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Casaquire name, logos, proprietary valuation models, website design, text, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of Casaquire Acquisitions Pvt. Ltd. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks or copyrighted material.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Casaquire be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this Site, or for any perceived loss of real estate value, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from an acquisition failing to materialize.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or your use of the Site, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
